Meaning behind
Meaning behind
John 14:27
"Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you."
Everyone's version of peace depends on circumstances lining up. Jesus hands out something different, right before He walks toward the cross, no less.
Not the absence of trouble. A peace that holds even when nothing around it does.
